day 1034: my time is sacred

HOW I FEEL ABOUT THINGS WHEN JOURNALLING  i think the secret to things is to just do less  do less things but do them with certainity  do ONE thing well don't diversify just yet do less do LESS  HEALTH  ok nai cha when i'm recovering i need to focus on just recovering  SKIN  also ok nai skin is doing passably ok i think   DIET started drinking protien poweder also had a fuckton of chicken pizza SUPPLETMENTS TAKEN/ acts of self care whey  STREAKS got off  EDUCATION didn'y study at all  PHYSiQUE ok nai bhanum na  INCOME GENERATION  none PLACWS I WENT TO jhamsi LESSONS LEARnt notmuch  intensity over interest

HOW I FEEL ABOUT THINGS WHEN JOURNALLING  tired i think i only habe so much headspace for so many things in my life  HEALTH  ok naii not that bad at all but back pain SKIN  doing fine i think skin isn't really glowing but it's doing passably ok   DIET better i think  ate a chicken naan also had a lot of prptien deuso too SUPPLETMENTS TAKEN/ acts of self care none  maube some caffiene  STREAKS ok nai got off  i've been feeling in the mood a lot recently  EDUCATION not much studying done   PHYSiQUE not much on this end reither back is finally recovering tho INCOME GENERATION  work got called off midday yipeee PLACWS I WENT TO work and then home bihana classes and then back home  LESSONS LEARnt things are tuff

  HOW I FEEL ABOUT THINGS WHEN JOURNALLING  ok nai not swell butt not terirble  hehe butt  HEALTH  ok nai back pain chai has been pretty debilaiting ever since i cut a tree  SKIN  ok nai but breakoing out more often aajkal  wonder what it could be a sign of    DIET ok nai bhanum na not teribly bad  SUPPLETMENTS TAKEN/ acts of self care ok man STREAKS also ok i think EDUCATION doing fine but i need to complete that fucking assignment   PHYSiQUE no working out ever since the back injury  INCOME GENERATION  went to work PLACWS I WENT TO work and then deuso thamel LESSONS LEARnt life is hard but it is ok
