 today was fucking bad 


not good at all

i have like 14 hours of screentime hola

i desperately need rest and i also need to study

i hope i learn how to balance things because wtf.

ate two boiled eggs

read himalyan

very light worked out

health status : issok not too bad

didnt take biotin suppplements today

jerked off streak i think at like a lot

i'll keep track of this too

bad things also need to be recorded not only posotive progress
